Aren't you proud of me? I actually cooked a Sunday meal. Despite the unending beigeness of the food on the plate, it is actually the healthiest meal I've fed mi familia in a while. It is roast chicken, steamed cauliflower, and biscuits. If I have chicken left when I get home tonight (and I should because I roasted two whole birds), then I will probably make either chicken and dumplings or be really healthy and make chicken and rice soup with spinach.
Don't worry, readers -- I'm not going all domestic on you. We will probably be eating hot dogs for the rest of the week :-).
