How NOT to learn about something

You don't want the first time you hear the name of a disease to be on your answering machine with your daughter's principal saying, "I repeat, there is NOT an outbreak of MRSA at the high school." If she felt the need to send that message out over the automated notification system, then somebody must be sick with something at the school. Off to Google I go to find out about this MRSA thing!
