I mentioned recently that my husband ABM created a Facebook profile. It's been a couple weeks and he is still fascinated by it. I still don't have any desire to start a Facebook profile of my own, but I have found a benefit to him having one.
We are sharing a computer these days and he stays logged in to his Facebook account. This means that if I clink on a link that goes to a Facebook page, I can see the picture or whatever I wanted to see without signing up myself. I guess I understand the purpose of having a walled community, but it is frustrating when someone posts a link outside that community and assumes that everyone can get to it. Now I don't have to worry about that :-).
